A brand-new musical starring Gemma Arterton. It's 1968, and the Ford auto factory in Dagenham is one of the largest private employers in Britain. It employs 187 women machinists in lousy working conditions with even lousier money. Shop Steward Rita O'Grady leads a strike by for equal pay that will ultimately advance the cause of women's rights around the world.
